This is a hand painted map of south Minneapolis including Lake Harriet, Minnehaha Creek and the Lynnhurst, Fulton and Linden Hills neighborhoods, 1892. This map covers the area between 42nd Street in the north to 54th in the south and France Avenue in the west to Lyndale Avenue in the east.

I began with a vintage map of the city, PRINTED the map on archival rag matte paper and then HAND PAINTED the map with museum quality watercolor.
